6:42pm PT-Hailey Joel Osment tells TMZ… “I am absolutely terrified of my actions. If I had known that I used this dishonest language in the suffering of the blackout, I would have spoken early. Hailey mentions the loss of his home and belongings during the Eton fire this January.
Haley continues to tell TMZ… “But that’s not an excuse for using this nasty word. I absolutely apologise from the bottom of my heart that this hurts.
Hailey Joel Osment was behind a police car on his way to prison when he called the arrest officer “Nazi” and Jewish slurs… at least according to police bodycam footage.
TMZ had just got a video from Hailey’s arrest at a California ski resort and heard officers invite him to jail with the words “f**** nazi” and “k.”

The video also shows the moment when officers claim to have found cocaine in Haley’s possession…and the drug appears to be hidden on a $20 bill.
This footage backs up what we first reported… It shows Haley dropping some offensive labels on the officer who was arresting him at Mammoth Mountain.
You can see the officer taking allegations of cocaine as evidence as well… And Haley was eventually charged with two misdemeanors… Possession of cocaine under the influence of alcohol in the public and disorderly conduct.
The ski patrol tells the officer that Haley couldn’t handle his liquor…and you see him telling law enforcement “lucky” when he takes him for an appointment.
