Hailey Joel Osment is said to have dropped several offensive labels, including racism, on the officers who were arresting him at a ski resort… TMZ learned.
Law enforcement sources reported that the arrest officers were belligerent when Haley detained him at Mammoth Mountain, Kari earlier this month.
The officers allegedly claimed that Haley had thrown the word “k” which is a Jewish slur, but he was also oddly labelled “Nazi.” It’s not a consistent humiliation, but we’re off track.
According to our sources, police interaction was a really bad moment for Haley – officers rolling body cameras during the incident and the footage is expected to be released.

TMZ defeated the story… Haley was arrested on April 8 after a police officer received a call about an individual allegedly drunk on the slope.
He also got a video of Haley before his arrest, causing a stir when he tried to get on a chair lift without a snowboard.
Haley was booked and released shortly after his arrest, and the Mono County DA charged him with two misdemeanors… Possession of cocaine and disorderly conduct under the influence of alcohol in public.
Sources used to this situation have previously said that Haley has been experiencing it recently – he said he lost everything in the Altadena wildfire and is said to have problems with insurance… including a refusal claim for a replacement home.
