Harvey Weinstein’s health is failing… The dishonorable film producer is rapidly gaining weight and suffering from severe tongue inflammation in New York City’s infamous Rikers Island prison.
Weinstein’s rep, Juda Engelmeyer, tells TMZ… Harvey’s health is “quickly being held,” and is exacerbated by the fearsome state of the Rikers.

Weinstein is said to have earned more than 25 pounds since being returned from Bellevue Hospital a few months ago… 19 out of 19 in the last month alone.
This rapid weight gain adds a serious risk to his diabetes and heart condition, Judas tells us…and his health problem is severe tongue inflammation, making it difficult to swallow. According to Judas, Weinstein is currently back in Bellevue, so doctors can treat his tongue infection.
Judas also “continued issues regarding missed and delayed medications, chest motion pits, and lack of support for his serious mobility issues”…corresponding to a medical crisis that must be addressed.
Furthermore, Riker’s condition is said to be terrible… prisoners suffer from freezing temperatures, lack of clean clothes, and inadequate food. All this is further harming Weinstein’s health.
As you know… Weinstein has been dealing with the health issues behind bars for many years – landing multiple times at the local Bellevue hospital, undergoing double pneumonia, leukemia diagnosis and cardiac surgery…
Still protesting innocently after being convicted of rape and several other crimes in 2022, Weinstein is a recent prisoner and still defending himself…and is throwing himself in the same boat as actor Justin Bardoni. Weinstein surrendered himself to the vibrant legal battle of Baldonis’ Blake, accusing New York Times cherry picking information in both cases to match specific stories.
