Joe Takopina claims that her career is disgusting with Wendy Williams’ judge is over… Also a rift gag order

Joe Takopina is blowing up a judge in Wendy Williams’ parent case, who told the TV star that her career was over… calling the statement “outrageous” and intends to make a massive comeback when Wendy’s conservator fight ends.
We spoke with Takopina, who serves as Wendy’s personal attorney on Friday TMZ Live…and he says these statements by judges should not have been made in court or in front of Wendy… especially since the judge who said it wasn’t in the entertainment industry.
Takopina doesn’t know why the judge would make such a statement about Wendy’s career at an unrelated court hearing…and he added that from his numerous conversations with Wendy she is as coherent and clear as ever.
JT says that her career statements show judge bias…and Joe warns that he is lucky that the judge was not in court yesterday – or he would have destroyed the judge.
We broke the story… Multiple sources with direct knowledge told Judge Lisa Sokolov that Judge Lisa Sokolov had no chance to resume her career.
Judge Sokolov’s comments are said to have deeply hurt Wendy… and it is still unclear why she made a comment to Wendy. By the way, our documentary “Saving Wendy” – available to stream on Tubi – was watched by a huge number of people, so there seems to be a lot of interest in Wendy’s life and there still appears to be a potential comeback.

Takopina also chatted with us about the gag order in this case… He says he has never heard of anything issued in the guardianship case – and they point out that comments that are usually reserved for situations where only the judge can make decisions cannot occur here.
Joe says that gag orders are regularly deemed unconstitutional and are overturned anyway…and the only reason he can think of why Judge Sokolov issued it is to punish Wendy and her team.
He has not yet taken over the guardianship case, but it is clear that Takopina is ready to intervene when necessary – and he is ready to take on the judge in the case.
