Justin Baldoni is applauding Blake Lively’s attempt to file a lawsuit against her again, saying she is trying to destroy his career, according to new court documents.
Bardoni filed his response to Blake’s motion to dismiss the case in federal court.
In the documentation, Bardoni accuss Blake of orchestrating, participating and directing a smear campaign “designed to ruin the reputation and career of Wayfarer Party.”
Baldoni is a co-founder of Wayfarer Studios and produced “It’s Extens with Us.” You know, the film shoot ended with the nasty feud that came to mind when Blake first filed a lawsuit against Justin, accusing him of engineering sexual harassment and smearing campaigns against her.
Justin filed his own lawsuit against her husband Ryan Reynolds and Blake of The New York Times, claiming that Blake had directed her own smear campaign against him with the help of an NYT article.
In his latest submission, Bardoni said, “There is evidence that there is sufficient evidence. [Lively] By approving or approving them prior to publication, we were responsible for publishing each of our suspicious statements. ”
Bardoni also pointed out that “Lively told NYT about a sidedid and awful story that unfolded as revenge for sexual harassment complaints, that she told the NYT a false and awful story about a deliberate obstruction manipulation, with the knowledge and intention that the newspaper would publish the false narrative.[.]”
Bardoni continued to list other reasons why the judge should deny Blake’s move.
“Mr. Lively and the Hollywood elite circle cannot prevent my client from exercising their constitutional rights and petitioning the court to remove his name from her false and harmful claims,” said Bardoni’s lawyer, Brian Friedman.
Friedman continued, “What Mr. Live is trying to do is set a dangerous precedent by banning clients from court doors and punishing them for spending their day in court, which is protected by the First Amendment.
Friedman said, “This must stop here, and we will continue to fight this blatant attempt to block access to the court system and undermine the constitution of our country to serve those in power.”
