Karmelo Anthony has not withdrawn funds from the GivesEndgo fundraiser of around $450,000, even after walking freely from Slammer on a $250,000 bond on Monday.
Jacob Wells, co-founder of the popular crowdsourcing platform, said TMZ “is not sharing funds.

The revelation questions how Anthony has filled $250,000 in bonds (a judge down from $1 million) and how his family covers legal costs as his 17-year-old Frisco Austin Metcalf faces the death of an Austin Metcalf held at the convention earlier this month.
Wells also clarifies the recipients of the TMZ campaign. You can usually withdraw your donation 72 hours after the donation is made.
However, he said there are certain scenarios where campaigns can be put on hold, for example, to ensure proper verification and conditions of service. He also said they could withhold a small reserve to cover potential chargebacks and refunds.
He further points out that 100% of the money raised is sent to the recipient, and that GivesEndgo does not skim the campaign. Rather, donors are permitted to make gifts to the site to ensure that they remain free to all.

And to those offended who chose to engage with someone who was charged with murder… Wells tells TMZ that he hasn’t left the company to determine Anthony’s guilt or innocence, and that his case should be ruled in HE Court.
GivesEndgo has allowed fundraisers from all perspectives on the political and ideological spectrum, including campaigns of highly polarized characters such as Luigi Mangione, Kyle Rittenhouse, and Derek Chauvin.
TMZ reached out to Anthony’s lawyer Michael Howard about waiting for his funds… No words have so far.
