Kevin Lyles wants a rape lawsuit against him

Hip-hop music legend Kevin Lils is preparing to dismiss a sexual assault lawsuit against him.
Kevin filed new legal documents on Tuesday, seeking permission to file an motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed earlier this year by a woman who allegedly raped her method while he was an executive at DEF Jam Recordings.
According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, Kevin claims he will argue that he will dismiss the law on grounds that the woman is waiting too long to file her claim, and the restrictions on her claim have been enacted.
Kevin also argues that the lawsuit is filled with allegations of “completely false,” and he says his accuser is too light on the details for this case to move forward.
We broke the story… Liles was sued by Jane Doe in February. Jane Doe claimed she was working for him at Def Jam and was subjected to sexual harassment. She insists that he will constantly press his body against her breasts and grab her ass at work, and when she refuses to make his sexual advances, he rapes her.
Kevin denied the claim when the lawsuit was filed…and now he is primarily giving the court to file to dismiss the case.
