Kim Kardashian is troubled by a big decision… Whether to go to court and ask the judge to strip Kanye west of the joint legal custody of four children.
The latest legal war stems from Kanye not releasing previously recorded songs rapped by her daughter North after agreeing to mediation on Friday. Truck – “Lonely Roads Still Going to Sunshine” also includes a phone combo between Diddy and Kanye.

Things are… Kim was vehemently opposed to joining the North in any way… and, according to their divorce settlement, they are both equal in making decisions for their children.

A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ that divorce settlements stipulate events in which there is a dispute. Kim and Kanye must first go to a private judge to resolve the agreement. Kim was there to mediate with her lawyer, Disso Queen. Laura Wasser and his lawyer, Patrick DeCaloris, and they reached an agreement… North didn’t appear in any version of the song if it was released.
However, consent did not seem to matter with Kanye, and he released a song in the voice of North over the weekend. Kanye posted on X last night… “The man will make the final decision.”
So here’s what Kim is measuring… Since Kanye rarely sees his children, physical custody isn’t an issue. In fact, Kim wants his children to have a relationship with his father, and almost always promotes that. One recent exception… when Kanye held an event that encouraged participants to wear Swastika shirts. She didn’t feel it was appropriate for the children to attend the event.
As for legal custody, he is not involved in decision making, but even so, Kanye makes it clear that he does not follow road rules. So, our sources say Kim is seriously considering going to court to ask the judge to strip the judge of joint legal custody.
