Kyle Richards says there’s more to the dramatic conflict with women on the streets… “Kyle claims she chased after her because she was dragging her dog across the street.
We caught up with the reality TV star outside the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Monday night…and we had to ask her about a fierce debate with the dog Walker earlier this month.

Icymi … Photogs ran Kyle through the women and met the way he handled the dog. This leads to a nearly complete boxing fight with women out.
Richards says it’s too late for the camera to catch the reason for confronting this unidentified woman… she claims she’s completely dragging the dog into the crosswalk.
Kyle – who was with Teddy Mellencamp at the time – says she told her to knock it off…and began recording her when she insisted she was afraid she would become physical with her.
Regarding allegations that she tried to hide behind Teddy, Kyle is calling the total BS… claiming that she hasn’t placed any companions near her in front of her.
