Among the game’s well-known plots is that Dukestar Cooper Flag was injured in the quarterfinals of the Blue Devils, which won Georgia Tech on Thursday.
Duke coach John Schayer called it a “real long shot” because the flag fits the Tar Heels, which could make it easier for UNC to win the much-needed second quad-1 victory.
