Menendez Family DA was not preparing photos of the graphic crime scene… Now Erik & Lyle’s aunt is in the hospital!!!

The Menendez family is denounced the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office for hospitalization of Eric and Lyle’s aunt Terry Barratt… The graphic crime scene photos they were shown claimed they did a lot to her health.
In a press release from Justice of the Eric and Lyle Union, a group of families fighting for the release of their brothers, the group confirmed our story of how Barratt found himself unresponsive in her hotel room.
According to the coalition, the DA’s office did not give families photos of the crime scene at a Friday’s Res hearing… a violation of Marsy’s law, a law designed to protect victims of crime.
The move said, “There is no humanity – shock and pain have been brought to the point of those who have already endured decades of grief. Terry, who is fighting cancer, has come to court to support her family.
Justice of Eric and Lyle Union This recent move was intentional and completely ignored Mercy’s Law… and “feeds the disturbing patterns we expect, especially from Da Hochman, who spoke to us repeatedly in attack and da-da.
The Union firmly believes, “Our family is hurt. Terry may not recover in that courtroom to her, all of us, and all of us. We deserve better. We wouldn’t want a day with Terry now if the DA’s office had even shown that we had announced our consideration.”
Brian Friedman – a well-known lawyer who serves as the victim’s family attorney — reflected on the statement to TMZ, saying, “I have mercilessly decided to rehear the family by showing unnecessary undeposited photos on screen in a court presentation, without warning to allow options to avoid further pain.
“This sleazy behaviour was a clear violation of Mercy’s law, which requires absolute sympathy for the victim. The flash of crime scene photos is directly responsible for Aunt Terry’s rush to the ICU. We all pray for her recovery. She didn’t deserve this.

Gergaos blew up the DA using photos from a graphic crime scene on Friday… calling the choice a “dog and pony show” and added that he was “traumatized by the DA for political purposes.”
I reached out to DA about the Union’s comments… so far, there are no words.
