Hoping to build momentum ahead of the global release of “A Minecraft Movie,” McDonald’s has partnered with the highly popular video games with its own special diet starting Tuesday, April 1st.
Block World fans can choose between one for adults and two themed meals for Happy Meal. Both versions provide access to digital experiences, six custom designed collectibles, or 12 film-inspired human terminology.

McDonald’s Limited Edition Source: Nether Frame Sauce
The 10-piece Chicken McNuggets Meal option comes with Nether Frame Sauce, a spicy but sweet sauce from the limited edition. The sauce is made with crushed red peppers and fiery cayenne, balanced with hints of garlic and sweetness.

McDonald’s customers can choose from two entrees: Big Mac or 10-piece Chicken McNuggets to accompany them on their meals. Drinks, fries and limited edition collectibles are included with your meal.
Similarly, “Minecraft Movie” successfully delivers children’s children to choose between a burger or a chicken mcnugget. Happy Meal comes with fries, apple slices, drink options and one of 12 movie-inspired figurines.

Customers will get one of the 12-block world toys, or one of six exclusive collectibles inspired by McDonald’s most beloved characters, menu items, and the treasures of the popular “Minecraft Movie”!
The collectibles included in each regular meal feature matching cards and a code that customers can redeem in the Minecraft market. This code unlocks exclusive digital costumes and allows players to change the appearance of the characters in the game.

Big Mac Crystal: Mined from the ocean of special sauce, this precious block derives a sparkling glow from the sesame seed bread with melted cheese and toast. All “Minecraft Movie” meals purchased through the McDonald’s app offer customers an in-game bonus at no additional cost. A one-time redemptionable code will be sent to the customer to unlock the McDonald add-on pack in Minecraft.
