The star of “Monster: The Tale of Lyle and Eric Menendez” was discovered on his way to the courthouse of Van Nuis in Los Angeles on Friday…walked alongside Eric’s wife, Tami Menendez and Eric’s stepdaughter, Talia Menendez.
Cooper wore a pair of sunglasses and a gray sweater… heading inside in the seemingly endless stream of Menendez’s family.
Eric and Lyle will not take part in the hearing in person…but they may appear via Zoom.
Friday’s hearing revolves around allegations that Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman will withdraw a resilient petition against the Menendez brothers. Hochman hopes Eric and Lyle stay in prison.
The Menendez brothers are seeking a reduction in sentences that can be qualified for parole or prison release based on the time provided.
The problem is… if approved by the judge, the case will be sent to the Parole Board, which has already filed a lawsuit at the request of California Governor Gavin Newsom.

As we reported, Newsom took the reins and asked the California parole board to determine whether they pose a risk to society in order to assess the Menendez brothers. The board will issue the findings and send them to Newsom to determine whether Eric and Lyle should be free.
