Kim Delaney Hubby says he tried to drive him in his car!!!

Kim Delaney and her husband had been fighting for two days before being arrested on Saturday, so he told police that she tried to hurt him and hurt him… at least according to officers.
Law enforcement sources spoke to TMZ to the “NYPD Blue” actress, known as the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office Friday night, and produced a domestic violence report against her husband, James Morgan.
James took off after alleged domestic obstruction on Friday, and the next morning, when he returned home, Kim called the officer again… because she didn’t want him.
Our sources say when police arrived, James spoke to deputies and showed them a video that appeared to show Kim trying to hit him in her car. The officers allegedly spoke to Kim too – and arrested both of them.
As we first reported… Kim was charged with felony assault that is likely to cause serious injuries, and Morgan was charged with misdemeanor domestic violence.
Kim’s charges stem from alleged motor vehicle cases, and James’ charges are said to be linked to a fight on Friday night.
It’s worth noting… Kim was sued by a motorcyclist in January 2024, claiming she had plunged her car into him with a red light, then tried to escape the scene.
We reached out to Kim and James… there are no words so far.
