Police officer Paul Rodriguez White from “Power Trip” slapped me!!! The claimed arrest was fake

Paul Rodriguez was recently arrested on suspicion of possession of drugs in Burbank…but the comedian tells TMZ that the drug wasn’t him – and he’s leveling out some serious allegations against police.
We broke the story of Paul being arrested Friday when the car he was in was pulled over for a traffic violation. Paul was arrested for misdemeanor possession.
However, the comedian tells TMZ that not only did the drugs not be him, but that one of the officers felt overdue during the arrest – that he might be racially motivated.

From what he says… the car belonged to Paul, but he was sleeping in the passenger seat when it was pulled – it is said that a “white” officer slapped Paul to wake him up… because he was on a “powertrip.”
As for drugs…people who are said to belong to a driving friend claim that she was her girlfriend, but Paul is said to have been “devastated” anyway. His car was locked up.
We accepted Paul’s allegations to the Burbank police… and they said that Paul was quoted for misdemeanor drug possession and was released. His companions are being held for outstanding warrants.
Police did not address Paul’s allegations…but the comic says he is considering filing a formal complaint.
