Paul Rodriguez faces no consequences of his recent arrest of possession… “Because the city he was arrested has decided not to move forward with the case.
Burbank city lawyers tell TMZ that the case was rejected because there was no sufficient evidence.
As we said… Paul was arrested in late March on allegedly owning drugs, but Rodriguez claimed it wasn’t his drug.

Instead, Rodriguez, who was on the car’s police officer, was handed over for a traffic violation before finding the drug, but he says he was asleep in the passenger seat when officers were told he had slapped him to wake him up.
Paul’s friend who was driving was defeated by her drugs, Paul says… but he still claims he is still in ruins and arrested.
Police later fought back at the PR’s claims… did not file any claims of police misconduct at the time, claiming he spoke to the watch commander before his release.
We spoke with Paul’s lawyer, Bobby Samini. Bobby Samini told TMZ… “My client praises the city’s attorney for their decision on this matter. There is no doubt that Mr. Rodriguez was innocent and had no regulated substances.”
He continues, “Mr. Rodriguez has maintained his innocence and rejected the allegation that he committed a crime by Burbank PD. He is grateful for the support he has received from his fans, family and friends throughout this difficult time.”
