Money is a big motivation…and Post Malone is trying to save a ton of money by fighting his ex in a Utah court, not in a California court over custody and support for a child…and it’s all because of timing.
Here’s the deal… Post Malone’s ex-fiance Heason filed custody documents in Los Angeles earlier this week, but Post had already filed his own custody documents in Utah…and we’ve learned that is where the cases are to be processed.

That’s good news for Post Malone’s finances and bad news for Parks… because California allows for higher payments in terms of child support.
According to our sources, it says there are posts submitted to Utah as he split Park and 50/50 custody rights as a practical dad.

Park is said to have moved to California at the beginning of the year – things have ended towards the end of 2024 – for financial reasons, trying to acquire a residency to establish a custody battle in Cali.
