‘Rhop’ ‘Candiace Dillard Bassett “devastated” for Karen Huger and her family…Everyone has their own demons!!!

Candiace Dillard Bassett shows her love to her previous “real housewife” co-star Karen Huger… she says she feels her after the DUI sentence — and reminds us that we are all rushing to judge that we have our own struggles.
We caught up with Candiace, who appeared in “The Real Housewives of the Potomac” from 2018 to 2024.
Our photog asked her about Huger, who was sentenced to a year in prison for the crash in March 2024 last month… and says she’s “devastated” for Karen and her family.
CDB says Huger needs to face her problems… “Drinking and driving is no joke – but she doesn’t stack up stars and instead adds that people find it really mean to kh online.
Huger is probably okay in prison, Bassett says… “take your name, kick your ass” inspires others – and Candias believes Karen will become stronger after the experience.
Candiace, who welcomed her first child in November, admits that she hasn’t spoken to Karen since the verdict…but they’ve been in contact with her all the way to that, and she’s praying for her companions.

As you know… Last March, Karen hit a median and crosswalk sign at the intersection before crashing with a parking sign and stopped just outside the road. Bodycam footage showed Huger being called into question after the crash.
In addition to working for a year, the Maryland lawyer’s office said that Karen was unable to drive at all for a year after release and was subjected to five years of supervised probation when he was released on interlock if he could drive again. She must also pay a fine.
The next year after Karen will be tough…but at least one of her previous co-stars seems to carry her on her!
