Rory Romero is Friday night with “Marty McFrey” Nike…and the amazing Scott, they’re cool!!!
TMZ Sports learned Aztek Kustoms (aka Aztek Kustoms) and “dismantled” a ‘future-themed kick that “has $40,000”-themed kick, so the 29-year-old can wear it in the ring for a huge tilt with King Ray and is completely functional.
The shoes created by Swoosh were created to honor the self-tailing kicks by Michael J. Fox, who once wore it in “Back to the Future Part II,” but have the same mark as all the Markings of OGs from OGs that McFly wore on the Old School Flick.
Coronado says it took about 50 hours to complete the project.
He also connected Romero in a matching warm-up suit and cruised in the film based on McFly’s image on the hoverboard. He also designed the Romero team shirt.
Of course, the sweet look is nothing new to Aztek Kustoms and Romero. The artist has been making boxing boots for 16-2 fighters for years… sewing in honor of Bruce Lee, Frank Ocean and Prince.
Friday’s Romero vs. Garcia Scrap will officially go down at Times Square in New York City…and great news for fight fans – you don’t have to enter the soupy DeLorean to catch the action!!
