Russell Brand has been accused of sexual assault on the “Arthur” movie set, and the studio behind the film offers to take over invisible footage from the production.
Warner Bros Discovery told the court that the company is ready to hand over an outtake from “Arthur” as part of a civil sexual assault case against Russell in New York, according to a new report from the Times in London.
As we reported… a woman sued Russell and WB in 2023, claiming that Brand had exposed his penis to her on set, and that he sexually assaulted her in the bathroom the same day.
At a New York Supreme Court hearing last week, WB’s lawyers reportedly offered to hand over the invisible footage from “Arthur” in 2011…and it sounds like there’s about 4-8 hours of video to sift through.

As we said, Russell’s accuser of complaining as Jane Daw claims that before the attack he “seemed drunk, smelled alcohol and carried a bottle of vodka on the set.” Brand denied her claims, saying he doesn’t remember her, and insisted that there’s no way he’s drunk on set because he’s been sober for eight years.
Warner Bros. also denied the woman’s allegations.
Meanwhile, Russell is currently facing rape and sexual assault accusations in four separate cases dating back to 1999 in London. He also denied those allegations.
