Ryan Reynolds asks the judge to oust him from the ongoing legal story between Justin Bardoni and Blake Lively… and he’s taking some shots with Bardoni in the process.
Ryan has filed an motion to dismiss Bardoni’s honor and loss lawsuit against him.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Ryan says Justin shows his true colour when filing a lawsuit against him…Bardoni claimed that he “snatched out of the pale skin rage against the characters in the film” and chased Ryan in court… Reference to the satire awakened the Kneespool character from the new “Deadpool” film.
Reynolds says Bardoni’s case cannot bear it in court… He says he calls Bardoni a “predator”…and even if he doesn’t, he says it is practically true.
Blake’s husband also tears Bardoni’s case essentially as a “burn book” … and he claims that Justin is trying to shame him for sticking for his wife.

Ryan is unable to file his claim against him again as he asks him to be rejected on prejudice.
Reynolds’ lawyers Mike Gottlieb and Esla Hudson told TMZ … “Mr. Reynolds has the first constitutional amendment to express Mr. Bardoni’s opinion.

Meanwhile, a spokesman for Ryan said, “The allegations raised against Reynolds are a list of complaints that try to shame Bardoni for being a man, and he built the brand with enough confidence to listen to women in his life.”
