Sean Kingston, mother pleaded guilty to a wire fraud trial

Sean Kingston and his mother were convicted in a federal fraud case.
The “Beautiful Girl” singer and his mother, Janice Turner, were found guilty on Friday on five counts they were facing.
Sean reportedly cried when the ju judge returned the conviction… and he told Marshall to “protect my mother.”
As we reported… Sean and his mother were accused of scamming businesses from over $1 million in fraud schemes that included jewelry, luxury cars and other products.
The judge considers Sean’s mother a flight risk, which is why she is in custody…and Sean is currently in family custody as he is awaiting the July 11th sentence.
Sean and his mom are seeing some hardship after being convicted of wire fraud… We talk about the biggest prison in 20 years at each count.

As we said… federal prosecutors said Sean and his mother were unfairly enriched by mistakenly claiming they sent out a remittance to pay for luxury goods… and even after it was discovered, they kept things up.
Prosecutors allegedly Sean and Janice acquired more than $1 million in property through a questionable scheme – including defeating a $160,000 Cadillac Escalade and a jeweller with a car dealership worth $4.8 million…all without paying a dime.

The federal government stormed Sean’s Florida Mansion in May 2024… and shortly after they were both arrested.
During the trial, the judge reportedly found Sean’s mother to have shown her “a “fixator” of a fraud scheme.
