222 The 5th New Tenant Named
Gensler, who designed 222 Fifth Ave. N. at Life-science Building for LPC West, shared some details in January about Colabs, a developer-sponsored biotech incubator space on the third floor. This week, LPC West, in collaboration with partner Intercontinental Real Estate, released its own press release. Importantly, we currently have several tenants: the Exo-Immuno Research Institute, Kinea Bio, Celogics, and Decycle. Uly Rivera of LPC West added, “The Colabus space is equipped with collaborative equipment such as a stock room, tissue culture room, Millipore water system, fume hoods, freezers, incubators, glass washers and other scientifically critical instruments.” InterContinental’s Nicole Griffin added, “Our mission is to create a space that empowers all tenants to creativity, collaboration and long-term growth.” CBRE’s Marcus Yamamoto and David Abbott represent the 222 fifth space, offering approximately 173,000 square feet.
