Johnny Tillotson Dead 86 … “The Movement of Poetry”, “No You” singer

Johnny Tillotson is the famous pop singer who has had multiple top 10 hits over the years – has died… TMZ confirmed.
Songwriter’s wife Nancy released the news on her Facebook page Wednesday morning… The veteran musician who passed away yesterday has been revealed. Nancy highlighted many of Tillotson’s achievements over the years and thanked the fans for always supporting her husband.
We spoke to Nancy who told TMZ… Johnny passed away from complications of Parkinson’s disease at his home in Los Angeles, surrounded by his family.
Tillitson rose to fame in 1960… released his most famous song – “The Movement of Poetry.”
Among his other famous songs… “Talk Back Back Lips,” “You Can’t Love Me,” “It’s Perfect for A-Hurtin'” – Dean Martin, Bobby Darrin and Elvis Presley are all covered.
Johnny was a two-time Grammy nominee… and received nominations at the 5th and 8th Grammy Awards in the 60s.
Tillitson returned to 1977 and released his last album entitled “Johnny Tillotson.”
He is survived by Nancy, his stepdaughter Genevieve, his brother Dan, and his grandchildren, Nia, Jackson, Georgia, Gwyneth, and various Nie and Ne. He was 86 years old.
