From civil lawsuits to trial testimony… Her important role in the case against Diddy

Kathy Ventura has dated Didi for over a decade…and now she will provide some of the most important testimonies at his federal trial later this month.
The singer-songwriter has played a big role in Dedi’s life…and we’re going to summarise her last few years, from late 2023 when she filed a civil suit against him, when they are involved in Diddi’s life.
In November of that year, Cathy sued Diddy… accusing him of rape, human trafficking and other crimes. It was also the first time anyone had mentioned what a suspected “freak-off” prosecutor claimed Diddy had.
Diddy’s lawyer initially called the case a “shakedown”…but exactly a day later, he I agreed to resolve the issue for a private amount.
At the time, the NYPD said Diddy was not subject to investigation despite Cassie’s lawsuit. Many other suspects came forward the following month and filed similar lawsuits against the music mogul.
A few months after Cathy’s lawsuit, federal agents stormed Diddy’s homes in LA, New York and Miami…and we broke the news that Cathy was working with the federal government.

Then, last May, CNN issued a now-infamous tape of Diddy beating Kathy in the hotel hallway. The video shows Cathy leaving her hotel room and heading for the elevator.
The prosecutor and defense fired each other on tape… Diddy’s team presents testimony by expert witnesses who claimed a version of the video that prosecutors are not accurate portrayal of the event for various reasons.
The four victims are scheduled to testify against Diddy at his trial… only one of them will use Cassie to do so.
