The first day of Diddy’s jury selection at sex trafficking trials is in the book…and there were some standouts, including a future jury who said Joe Logan had turned them into a Diddy party.
The ju judge told the judge that he heard about the Diddy Party, which included gender and drugs, on an episode of Joe’s podcast, “The Joe Rogan Experience” … but the ju judge was not ruled out.
Another highlight… Ju Assembly No. 20 has been caught shoplifting from Universal Studios… and he tells the judge that he must catch his lawyer after arresting him for trying to get five instructions with a wand from the world of Harry Potter’s Wizard.
Juror No. 20 also noted that in the survey he liked the social media posts of the comedian who made the baby oil jokes.

One of the future ju umpires who caught the attention of the defense is Ju Quote No. 29… a woman who says she works for HBO, the network behind the documentary “The Fall of Diddy.”
Juror No. 30 was ruled out because of his job at Simon & Schuster, the publisher behind AL B. Memoir: “Do you believe in me now?” This memoir includes Al and Didi’s relationship and his romance with the late Kim Porter, the mother of Didi’s children.
Prosecutors said the trial focused less on Porter and Al, but the women were excluded.
Juror 52 had an interesting scheduling conflict… revealed that she wanted to travel to a Spirit Weaving Gathering. The judge asked what it was, and the ju-degree laughed and said it was an incident with many women “dancing in the woods.”

The judge told the woman that if she was selected for the ju umpire, she would have to miss the spirit weaver, which doesn’t seem like a big deal for her…and she also mentioned her experiences with sexual assault in college.
The woman also joked about her work… “Boogie Design Company” that handles fonts. The judge asked, “Courier?” And the woman replied, “Oh, never.”

Juror No. 55 was asked about getting tickets for an open container of alcohol… The judge laughed, saying, “Shame you.”
Diddy spent the night during his trial at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn – he has been locked up since his arrest in September – and judge No. 58 works for the Department of Corrections, where he is in charge of accounts for those who have been incarcerated.
Juror No. 58 also revealed that he sued the port authorities, allegedly injured his back with an escalator… leading to a settlement.
The same ju umpire also revealed that they pleaded guilty to insurance fraud related to car accidents.
Furthermore, we have already spoken about the ju apprentice, a massage therapist whose sister is allegedly a victim of domestic violence.
Lots of colorful characters…and we look forward to more as the ju-describers move forward.
