The house of a former “deck below” charter guest was attacked by federal agents… TMZ learned.
Anthony Driwitt Barlow (aka Tony), who appeared on one episode of the show four years ago, had his home in Tampa, Florida, where he was attacked by a homeland security agent earlier this week.
A spokesman for the Homeland Security Investigation told TMZ in Tampa: “Homeland Security Investigation Tampa has run a federal search warrant at this location as it is part of an ongoing investigation. There is no additional information to be released at this time.”
Strangely enough, the spokesman added, “Anyone who knows he was a potential victim of sex trafficking or a witness to sex trafficking should call the tip in this case with 1-866-DHS-2-ICE.”
I don’t know exactly what this means or why this information was volunteered. So far, Tony has not been arrested or charged with a crime in connection with the attack.
After becoming the first gay couple to have a child by surrogacy in the UK, Tony rose to prominence with her ex-husband Barry and became the first gay couple to be listed as birth certificate parents later.
Tony and Barry attracted Oia on “the deck below”… refused to attend the buffet and complained about the portion size when served on a yacht. The former couple split in 2019, but still co-parent with five children.
Barry proposed to his current boyfriend Scott on the show… he happens to be the source of his daughter Saffron and is a very modern family. You might assume this led to tension, but according to reports, Saffron looked really happy to her father and her ex after her pop asked questions.
We reached out to Tony many times… No words so far.
