7:25 AM PT- Joseph McBride, lawyer for the Tate brothers, is exploding the investigation… telling TMZ that it is a pathetic delay tactic by a group of weak lawyers running from the fight in Florida’s honor loss case.
“SDNY is the subject of Washington. Washington is not involved. We’re not worried. Nothing changes. The march to victory continues.”
The legal issues with the Tate brothers in the US are piling up – federal prosecutors are currently investigating them…according to the lawyers involved in a civil lawsuit with them.
Andrew and his brother Tristan filed a $5 million defamatory lawsuit against an unidentified woman and three other people in Palm Beach County, Florida last year. The evacuee allegations prompted Romanian officials to criminally file charges against the Tate Brothers.

Now, one of the defendants has submitted a legal document that, through an ongoing investigation of the US lawyers’ office, has filed a legal document requesting specific information about the defamatory loss case.
Documents obtained by TMZ say Daniel Pinter should not be made public until “a US federal investigation and/or prosecution by Andrew and Tristan Tate of the Southern District of New York has been concluded.”
SDNY has been contacted for information about suspicious probes. Same for the Tate Brothers representative.

As we reported… Andrew deals with two other studies in the US. One is Florida and the other is Beverly Hills. Tristan is also seen in a Florida investigation, with Gov. DeSantis announced that the brothers are not welcome in the state.
TMZ defeated the story… Andrew’s ex-girlfriend, Bri Stern, filed a report with police, accusing her of sexually assaulting her at the Beverly Hills Hotel last month. She also filed a lawsuit against him.

The Tate Brothers are also facing trafficking charges in Romania and have recently returned to the country for a court date in that case. In any of the legal issues they face, they are not yet convicted or held liable.
Andrew and Tristan are well known for their podcast, “Tate Speech.” There, he proudly preaches misogynistic rhetoric.
