Eric and Lyle Menendez are firing fire on Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman… They have admitted that they actually killed their parents, so they tell him it’s stupid to compare them to Silhan Silhan.
The Menendez brothers distance themselves from the RFK assassins in new legal documents, pushing back Hochman’s allegations and retreating the responsibilities of their predecessors.
Hochmann is on the record saying that Eric and Lyle should not win freedom. Comparing their cases to Silhan’s denial of parole… But the brothers say there is no way to seriously place them on the same plane as Silhan.
In documents obtained by TMZ, Menendez’s lawyer, Mark Jelagos, says that the main difference between Eric and Lyle and Silhan is the Menendez brothers who were angry at killing their parents, and Silhan claimed his innocence in Kennedy’s assassination.
Geragos also takes some shots with Hochman… Los Angeles’ new top prosecutors claim they miss the facts from the Silhan case in order to elicit a false comparison between Eric and Lyle.

The brothers first tell the officers that they claimed they were victims of sexual abuse at the hands of their father, saying they didn’t shoot their parents before they were cleaned up at trial about the murders… and Jelagos tells them that he was rehabilitated behind the bar 35 years later, and that he no longer poses a threat to society.
Meanwhile, Silhan claims that he initially shot an RFK but turned the course back, and now he is innocent and cannot remember the shooting. He was denied parole by Gov. Gavin Newsom, who sent the Menendez Brothers case to the Parole Board for a risk assessment.
