Menendez brothers’ family family is enough with crime scene photos… Calling DA’s office in court

A relative of the Menendez brothers is ripping Da Nathan Hochman, LA County… is blasting the use of crime scene photos at a recent court hearing as a “grotesque spectacle” with disastrous consequences.
Brian Friedman – a lawyer representing the family – tears Hochman apart in a new court filing… The county’s top prosecutors say they’re making ock laughs for Mercy’s laws that protect the rights of crime victims.
Documents obtained by TMZ say Friedmann displayed free and unnecessary crime scene photos during a court hearing on Friday. This was attended by a bunch of relatives of Eric and Lyle.
Friedman says the DA’s office sacrificed Menendez’s family for the second time with “scandalous actions,” and he says he treats the Menendez family as “second-rate victims due to policy disagreements” between Hochman and his family.
Friedman said Hochman’s actions were “free and unnecessary display,” and did not serve a legitimate purpose other than “burning emotions to achieve the greatest “shock” value.”
The family has warned the court to the DA’s office and ordered the family to be informed in advance of future plans to show photographs of the crime scene in the Menendez case.

Friedman says Hochman doesn’t treat his family with fairness and respect, and he argues that he is making the ock-lol of the law aimed at ensuring that the victims are free from threats, harassment and abuse.
On his part, Hochman apologized for not giving his family a warning in advance… he says he needs to show a photograph to portray the atrocities of the crime.
