He said the parliament had to make up for imprisonment as former Parliamentary member Muhammad Segirinya was not present.
Narkula made the request after taking the loyalty and oath of members of the Congress in the chair’s room.
“When I sit down, I request that the Congress and the nation be given the opportunity to communicate with the Parliament about the situation in the Kawenpe North constituency, which has long been virtually unrepresented.”
and at that moment I request that the floor be given a few more minutes. Certainly, the people at Kawempe North are very grateful. Because even when we’re talking now, we’re suffering from floods in other predicaments.
The speaker said, “When the house is reopened, we will give you space. Since the truth has not been said, it has not been represented for a while, so Ssegirinya has been taken away from expression, so they have not been expressed for a while. It was a welcome to the 11th Congress.”
The speaker also explained to Narukura about his decision to take oath in the speaker’s room, as opposed to the meeting room.

She said Narukula was not the first MP to take oath in the speaker’s room because the two previous lawmakers were doing so.
“Please note that joining the loyalty and oath of MPs and oaths can be in the room when the house is leaving or in the chair’s room during breaks. Please note that we do not want to take away Kawenpe representatives as we allow the house to handle the Prime Minister because we are in charge of it, as the house is in charge of handling the contract, and the house is in charge of handling the contract, and so we do not want to take away Kawenpe representatives. You can benefit from what you should benefit from,” the speaker pointed out.
According to parliamentary oversight, the speaker also directed the clerk to the parliament, and Adolf Mwesige made sure that Narkula receives all the benefits of the title to him as pointed out by the MP.
