Clip the wings with members of Reagan National Airport Plain Council

More air transport control issues at Reagan National Airport… Couple members of Congress say the plane just cut another commercial jet and wing to the tarmac… This is the same airport where the Black Hawk helicopter hit the American Airlines jet in January.
The incident took place on the runway in Washington, D.C. on Thursday… New Jersey Rep. Josh Gottimer said he hit the wings of the plane he was traveling for while waiting for takeoff.
New York State Rep. Nick Larota says he was on one of the planes as well… He said he was still on the DCA runway, saying “another plane just hit our wings,” and he shared the photos from his window seat.
Larota says the plane has returned to the gate and New York Rep. Grace Meng has passed through the grapes.

It’s unclear if all three members of Congress are on the same plane…but they’re all from the Tri-State area…so it seems they’re all flying to the same place.
Good news… Gottheimer, Lalota and Meng say no one was injured. Two Democrats, Gottheimer and Meng, both blame the FAA on the issue.
The DCA is the same airport where a military helicopter collided with a passenger jet earlier this year…kills everyone on the plane and chopper.

I’ve seen other planes crashed, clipped wings, and in recent years there have been some close calls…and things still don’t seem to get better.
