Vanessa Bryant celebrates the title of UConn… “Gigi would have loved being there.”

Uconn was once again the national champion, and perhaps he wasn’t as proud of a new title as Vanessa Bryant, whose daughter Gianna absolutely worshiped the Husky.
Kobe’s wife joined the Instagram page to congratulate Geno Auriemma and Co. after destroying South Carolina (82-59) in Tampa on Sunday, writing that Gigi is very pleased with the way the women’s basketball team has further rolled out the NCAA tournament.
“Giji would have loved being with you,” she said… before adding a quote from Gianna, who read, “UConn when you think you can’t.”
She placed two emojis – a broken heart and a full heart.
Of course, UConn is where many believe Gigi took the lives of her and Kobe, even if it was no longer the 2020 helicopter crash.

In fact, after she passed away at the age of 13, UCONN left a customized No. 2 jersey in one of her bench chairs…and captioned the photo, “Manbashita is a Husky forever.”
