Xzibit wants to be single in the eyes of law… File for legal divorce amid division

Xzibit wants to return to a single status… file to legally divorce – he and his estranged wife Christa Joyner still need to come to the settlement agreement.
The rapper filed documents in Los Angeles earlier this week, asking the court to diverge the divorce… essentially separates his marriage status status from the divorce process regarding child and spouse support, which allows him to become single in the eyes of the law while the process is taken over.
Xzibit points out that the two are more than four years apart…and he claims that their trial date is scheduled for next month, but he knows this may take some time for it to resolve — and he wants to be one man again.
Xzibit’s lawyers also highlight that they tried to reach out to Christa multiple times on legally ending their recent marriage.
The new development comes months after Christa asked the court for more than $30,000 a month to return to the luxurious lifestyle that Christa once had.
Christa allegedly, she and the son she shares with Xzibit were forced to move from her $10 million-a-month four-bedroom four-bathroom home…and they were unable to buy designer clothes and could not file any other complaints.
