Three of the 98 suspects arrested on March 31 were accused of being accused of protesting demanding that President Mnangawa resign.
Nkomo, Jenifer Chimange, and Stabile Maduve’s brave Nkomo and Stabile Maduve were each released on bail of $100 each by Judge Lucy Mungwari, who had determined that they had no justification for continued detention.
“Here we are ordered that the appeal is permitted after reading the records and documents filed with the hearing counsel.
“The decision by Magistrate Ruth Moyo rejected the appellant’s bail on April 4, 2025, which was entirely taken.
“The appellant is permitted and permitted to bail on the following conditions: each appellant pays USD 100 to the court clerk,” the judge controls.
Mungwari also ordered the three to continue residing at the address given as part of the bail terms.
The three people, represented by Zimbabwe lawyer Douglas Coltert for Human Rights, have been charged with public violence.
They were arrested at the Coppa Cabana bus terminal. He remained in prison separately from the other 95 people and was released on bail for fear of having a public disability if released.
